Registration Rounds

In order to offer a smooth registration process, RCSP will have three scheduled registration days, with groups based on how many years a family has participated in our program. 6 year, 5 year and 4 year families (families who have attended for 4, 5, or 6 years) will receive priority first, followed by 3 year, 2 year and so on. Our 6, 5 and 4 year families have many campers who aged out last summer, therefore, they will take the least amount of spots.

 

To increase newer families chances of registering, we will randomly pull 10 brand new families who have never participated, 10 families who have participated for one year, 10 names from families who have participated for 2 years, etc and give them Round 1 registration. Following the first round of priority registration, we will open a second round for all families who participated for 3 years, and pull 10 names from year 2 families and 10 names from year 1 families, etc. 

 

You will receive an email notifying you if you qualify for priority registration or were selected randomly for it. Those families who qualify for priority registration will receive the link in an email on the morning of registration. Please do not distribute that link to other families who did not qualify. Their registrations will be deleted.

We are using families/emails from the 2022/2023 season to form these groups. If you/a friend of yours is from an earlier season and would like to be entered in a chance for priority registration, please have them contact us via email.
